Tool Free Call Forwarding
Select any new telephone number using the phone number, and we’ll deliver the calls to you, anywhere in the world. No change in your existing equipment or vendors is required. You can change your telephone number (we call it the ‘ring-to’ number) anytime you’d like, and it will take effect immediately.

Dozens of Countries, One Point of Contact
Select one or many telephone numbers from our hundreds of available toll free. Next, use our convenient, online control panel to deliver your calls to one or more telephones anywhere in the world. For the time been we will manage your control panel and follow the instructions to enter the number where you would like the calls delivered.

Voicemail
Although our system makes it easy for callers to reach you no matter where on earth you may be, there will be times when you are simply not available to pick up the phone. Rather than checking separate voicemail systems for your office line, mobile phone and home phone, you can use our convenient voicemail system (Voicemail2MyEmail) to take all of your messages. Once recorded, voicemail messages are emailed to you as audio files. They are also available directly from your online control panel. Since your voicemails are now captured in digital format, you can easily save and organize them.


Fax
Our international toll free telephone numbers also double as fax numbers. Once you enable our fax function via the online control panel, our system will automatically detect fax signals from any incoming call and switch to fax mode to receive the document. Once the fax has been received, your fax will be saved as either a PDF or TIFF file (based upon your preference), and emailed to you. The fax will also be available via your online control panel.

Auto Attendant
Enjoy the convenience of a front desk receptionist without having to hire one. Use greetings you record, and extensions and speed dial numbers to route your callers to the person or department they need to reach, quickly and easily. Extensions, people and departments can be located anywhere in the world. With our Auto Attendant system, your "office" is no longer limited to just one city, one country or even one continent.

Time-of-Day Routing
Although you can set up our system to ring you anywhere at anytime, you may not want to take calls at all hours of the day. Using our Time-of-Day Routing feature, you can set phone calls to ring your office lines during regular business hours, and then go straight to voicemail (or an alternate phone number) during off-hours. Or if you split your time between multiple locations on a regular schedule, you can pre-set your phone calls to transfer to different phones throughout the day.

Sequential/Simultaneous Ringing
Setting your new Toll Free phone number to ring to a specific number is quick and easy via our online control panel; but what if you're not sure which phone you'll be able to answer at any given time? This is when you can use our Sequential/Simultaneous Ringing feature. Setting up a sequential ring will ring each of your phones one after another, in essence hunting for you. If you'd prefer to have all of your available phones ring at once, simultaneous ringing will accommodate that. Once any of your phones is answered in either ringing scenario, our system automatically stops ringing all other phones.

International Ring back Tones
When you acquire a phone number through us, you have the option of choosing the ring back tone (ringing sound) that callers hear after they dial that number. Why is this so important? Because ring back tones often vary among countries. Use our system to select the right tone for the right country – or choose to let the caller hear the natural sound of the number in the destination country. By using the ring back tone that callers are accustomed to hearing, it establishes that "local" feel that the number needs to convey.


Online Control Panel
Our online control panel gives you easy access to anything you would ever need to do with your account, from choosing new phone numbers, activating new features and setting up payment information, to monitoring call logs, retrieving faxes and voicemails and setting up call rules. Because it's on the web, you can manage your phone numbers from anywhere in the world, anytime.

Real-Time Call Log
If you need to check your call statistics, our real-time call monitoring system lets you access up-to-the-second reports on all of your phone numbers. This is particularly useful if you need to track the relative levels of activity of certain phone numbers for advertising or marketing tracking. If you have a call center, sales team or customer service reps, you can use this feature to monitor team or individual productivity.

Delivery to SIP/VoIP
Our newest feature, the ability to deliver calls from any of our numbers to a VoIP or SIP address lets you take advantage of the cost savings and convenience of VoIP/SIP phones. We have adopted the highest quality protocols and widest range of standards available for this relatively new voice delivery technology.
